Turn your idea into a plan worth building.

Most software projects don't fail because of bad code. They fail because requirements were vague, architecture was an afterthought, and nobody wrote down why decisions were made. Tullius fixes that.

Through guided, adaptive interviews, Tullius walks you from a rough idea to a complete specification, architecture and task plan: the same structured thinking that senior PMs, architects and tech leads bring, now accessible to everyone.

How it works

Three guided conversations. Three documents. One clear plan.

Tullius isn't a chatbot you prompt. It's an interview system that drives the conversation. It asks the questions, you bring the answers. Each stage builds on the last.

1

Specification

Define what you're building and why. The system interviews you about users, features, constraints and edge cases. It surfaces the things you haven't thought about yet.

Requirements document10–20 min
2

Design

Translate requirements into architecture. Walk through components, data models, tech stack and key tradeoffs, with depth focused on decisions that are expensive to reverse.

Architecture document10–20 min
3

Tasks

Break everything into milestones and implementable tasks with priorities, dependencies and test guidelines. Export directly to GitHub Issues or Jira.

Structured work plan5–10 min

Not another AI chatbot

The system drives. You decide.

It asks. You answer.

Tullius drives the conversation with targeted questions, like a structured interview with a senior advisor. You don't need to know what to prompt for.

Adapts to your expertise

The system reads signals from your responses and adjusts per topic. Deep trade-off analysis where you have depth, guided recommendations where you don't.

Every decision is captured

Decisions are tracked with reasoning, domain context and status throughout the interview. Nothing is lost in a meeting nobody took notes in.

Each stage builds on the last

Your spec feeds into design. Your design feeds into tasks. Context carries forward so nothing falls through the cracks between stages.

Built for everyone who plans software

From solo founders to enterprise R&D teams.

Solo developers & founders

Before: Great idea, no structured way to think it through. Jump to code, discover gaps weeks in, rebuild.

With Tullius: A structured conversation that surfaces what you haven't considered. Spec, design and task plan in hours.

Product managers

Before: Specs vary in quality depending on time pressure and domain familiarity. Decisions get lost in Slack.

With Tullius: Consistent, complete specs with every decision captured and reasoning attached. Less time documenting, more time thinking.

System architects

Before: Design decisions made in whiteboard sessions that are photographed and forgotten. The "why" lives in your head.

With Tullius: Architecture decisions documented with explicit trade-offs, connected to requirements, in a format the team can reference.

R&D departments

Before: Planning quality varies by team lead. Different teams plan at different quality levels.

With Tullius: A consistent planning pipeline every team can run. Quality floor rises across all teams.

Why this matters

Good planning shouldn't depend on who you know.

Building good software requires more than writing code. It requires structured thinking: understanding what to build, why, how the pieces fit together and in what order to execute. Today, that expertise is scarce, expensive, and concentrated in well-funded companies and major tech hubs.

A solo developer in a peripheral city, a first-time founder, a small team without a dedicated PM - they don't have access to this thinking, regardless of how talented they are at writing code.

Tullius makes expert-level planning accessible to anyone who can describe what they want to build. The system meets you where you are, adapting to your expertise, your language and your project's complexity.

Who we are

We remember where we came from.

We are a group of entrepreneurs who grew up on the social and geographic periphery of Israel. We broke through the glass ceiling and we never forgot where we came from.

Today we come from diverse fields: software architecture, development management, engineering, business management and nonprofit leadership. We took everything we learned and combined it with the values we were raised on: equal opportunity, accessibility and the belief that anyone can build something real, if given the right tools.

Tullius was born from that combination. The next step in software development, and a platform where AI narrows social gaps instead of widening them.

The next great idea isn't waiting only for those who grew up with the right advantages.

Ready to plan your next project?

Describe your idea. Tullius handles the rest: the questions, the structure, the documents. You make the decisions.
